In order to be able to be of even better service to our customers, you can read our general terms and conditions here. These conditions are similar to those of the KNV (The Royal Dutch Transport Federation)

Supplementary conditions

Online service

The service that we offer to you through this website is partially dependent on our hosting and Internet provider. Taxi Correct is not responsible for any failure or defects (caused by) the aforementioned parties.

If we do not send a confirmation to you when you make an online reservation, we are not aware of a reservation and no taxi will be collecting you.

Cancellation 

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 hours before the start/landing time. After this time we reserve the right to charge the entire amount of the reservation. (in actual practice, this would be assessed for each situation individually)
